Collection of PII occurs if you register on the Website, subscribe to a Service, email us, request Services, submit résumés, or use other features and resources on the Website. The employer or call center Service Provider may contact the user by telephone even if the user has opted into the National Do Not Call list, or any State Do Not Call list.

We can provide no assurance that you will be notified in advance of the transfer, if any, of your PII in connection with any such transition or transfer.
