The information we collect about you includes:
The Website and our third party Service Providers may collect or request anonymous or non-personally identifiable information (“Non-PII”) from visitors. Non-PII cannot identify a specific individual unless combined with Personally Identifiable Information. Examples of Non-PII that may be requested in registering or completing registration forms on the Website or using our Services may include: job title, company name, city, state, ZIP code, and employment keywords.
We and our Service Providers collect anonymous information known as “Web Browsing Data” by storing small computer files on your computer, including cookies, web beacons, tags, flash cookies, log files, etc. (collectively, “Cookie(s)”) to personalize your visit and provide Services. Web Browsing Data is Non-PII.
We or our Service Providers may collect Web Browsing Data such as: the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer or Internet Service Provider, your browser type, domain, the date and time of your visit, preferences, web pages you view on our Website, your responses to our display ads on other websites and websites you visit after the Website. Google Analytics, MixPanel, and AdRoll may collect Web Browsing Data to analyze the web traffic on our Website and other websites you visit to offer you Services.
(1) We or our Service Providers may drop a Cookie on the browser of Website visitors who do not complete registration on the Website so we or our Service Providers can retarget those visitors with an email or display ad. We do this to continue to market our Services to prospective clients after they leave our Website. The Website does not employ technology to override the privacy settings in your web browser.
(2) Our Service Providers may track Website visitors, who do not complete registration for Services, across multiple websites to retarget those visitors with a display ad to continue to market our Services to prospective clients after they leave our site. Users logged in to social media programs may be tracked by Service Providers who track such users across multiple websites and who may disregard the privacy settings in your web browsers.
Our Website and our Service Providers only collect personally identifiable information (“PII”) with your consent. Collection of PII occurs if you register on the Website, subscribe to a Service, email us, request Services, submit résumés, or use other features and resources on the Website. You may visit our Site anonymously, but that may prevent you from engaging in certain Website features or Services.
Examples of PII you voluntarily submit include: first and last name, email address, postal address, telephone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date, and résumé information.
Some Services request sensitive personal information to determine eligibility for employment, or identify appropriate Services. The Website may collect “Sensitive Personal Information” from you when you fill out registration forms and/or submit résumés in responding to job postings on the Website, including: college enrollment status, military status, employment history, and employment eligibility, etc. You may elect not to provide a résumé but that may affect your employment opportunities.
The Website retains résumés submitted by job seekers indefinitely. We or a Service Provider may create a résumé database and offer access to such database to employers or other parties for research and commercial purposes.
We collect PII from individuals and companies who visit our Website to submit job openings, learn about our Services, or enter into business relationships with us (“business information”). We maintain business information that may include PII provided by individuals, for purposes of administering our business, such as maintaining account contact information, sending invoices, etc.
We do not intend to collect PII from Canadian and European Union users. If you are from the European Union or Canada, do not provide us with PII, use our Services, or the Website. We and our Service Providers may collect personal information about you on the Website and from other sources, including commercially available sources. All the information we collect about you may be combined to personalize your experience, provide you and our clients with Services, to improve our Website and Services, to provide relevant advertising to users, and for other marketing efforts.
Non-PII that we or our Service Providers collect is used to improve marketing and sales efforts, better target job seekers with opportunities from employers, and connect employers with qualified job applicants. If you elect to provide PII, we may utilize such data to offer you tailored job opportunities and connect employers with qualified job applicants.

We share some PII and Non-PII with other Service Providers, such as job posting websites, and payment processors
Visitors who volunteer PII on our Website consent to be contacted by us, employers, or a call center Service Provider. The Service Provider may contact the user through the use of an automatic telephone dialing system and may, among other things, verify the user’s self-reported PII and interest in speaking with the client. The employer or call center Service Provider may contact the user by telephone even if the user has opted into the National Do Not Call list, or any State Do Not Call list.
IF YOU DO NOT CONSENT TO BEING CALLED BY US, A CALL CENTER, OR BY ONE OR MORE OF OUR CLIENTS, DO NOT ENTER YOUR PII INTO FORMS ON OUR WEBSITE.
If the user does not wish to be contacted again by a call center Service Provider with respect to the user’s inquiry, the user should specifically request that the Service Provider not contact the user again. Please note that a Service Provider may maintain the PII the user provided whether the user elects to use the Services.

We can provide no assurance that you will be notified in advance of the transfer, if any, of your PII in connection with any such transition or transfer.
We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of our Company, employees, users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and data breach risk reduction.
We may share Non-PII with third parties.
Except as set forth above, users will be notified when PII may be shared with third parties, and will be able to prevent the sharing of this information.
We take security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These include secure socket layers, firewalls and encryption, internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
If we retain PII on our systems, we restrict access to PII to employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our Website and Services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination, if they fail to meet these obligations.
