RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS in GAITHERSBURG, MD
7:30 - 4:00 MONDAY - FRIDAY (no weekends, evenings, or holidays)
MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORTATION and TOOLS
Starting spring and summer cleanup of large residential complex in February and we need several people for this project expected to last through the spring.
Convenient location with free parking but the property is NOT near a Metro so personal transportation needed. Apartment residents are pleasant and
are aware of the project so they will be cooperative. The building is in need of some TLC so please apply if your experience has been working in the
residential/home projects that can be verified with references from your previous employers or clients. Please note we do require a clean background
