Pay-$16.00 to $18.00 per hour


· Fluent in English (Speaking and Writing)

· High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)

· Restoration: 1 year (Preferred)

· A Minimum of 1+ years Supervisory Experience

· Current and Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record (Preferred)

· Pass Drug and Alcohol screening and DOT Physical

· Pass Criminal Background check

General Job Responsibilities

· Follow all of Protechs’ Standard operating Procedures
· Perform Disaster Response
· Emergency mitigation
· Water extraction and Structural Drying
· Structural demolition
· Complete Pack-out and Pack-in Process of Customers Contents
· Photograph, Inventory, Clean Customers Contents ensuring all items are properly documented and stored in Vaults
· Participate in 24 hour on call rotation responding to emergency after hours and on weekend
· Assist Project Manager in Managing timelines and deadlines for all projects.
· Daily completion of paperwork, timecards, vehicle records and other necessary paperwork
· Ability to work within a budget
· Ability and willingness to guide and train technicians, or any other staff as needed.
· Ability to interact compassionately with customers during stressful or sensitive situations
