The Peaks Resort and Spa is looking for the right people to be one of the first relationships guests will encounter while staying at the "Flagship for Telluride". Front Desk Agents help create an overall exceptional guest experience by cultivating friendly, professional relationships with the guests from a welcoming checking in to a "come back soon" check out.

Some Essential Responsibilities:
Welcome, register, and assign rooms to guests
Provide insightful and helpful information about services, activities and general knowledge that will enhance guests stay
Review arrivals noting special request and blocking appropriate rooms as necessary
Complete all items on daily shift checklist
Maintain prompt, clear, and accurate communication needs for the guests as well as other teammates
Adhere to all cash procedures - cashiering, end of shift reports, balancing, etc.

2 years hospitality experience preferred
