Job Title: Data Entry Analyst
Work Location: Fort Lauderdale
Salary Range: $34,000 - $37,500

Position Summary:
This position will contribute to the design, coordination, data analysis, and publication of results for multiple data collection efforts involving a variety of programs. The Data Specialist will provide support for all aspects of OIC’s programs and submit federal and state, and local foundation reports, adhere to project protocols, and maintain excellent communication with team members and collaborators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 Participate in developing strategies for data management and assist in managing program data, including entering data; managing databases; addressing quality control; and cleaning, storing, and sharing data according to program protocols.
 Liaise with internal stakeholders in the coordination of data collection activities, data quality assurance, and project planning.
 Participate in developing survey tools and focus group guides and protocols, and conduct data collection activities, including administering surveys, interview results or observational and environmental assessments.
 Support data analysis and synthesis, including conducting basic quantitative and qualitative analysis and summarizing analysis results in figures and tables; support the development of research products including reports, manuscripts for publication, and presentations.
 Ability to identify and understand gap analysis with ability to provide clear communication to Senior Manager and program stakeholders.
 Analyze data to identify patterns and trends; hands-on experience compiling and analyzing complex, high volume, and dimensional datasets
 Must have the ability to research data sources to verify validity of information output.
 Assist with various administrative tasks pertaining to program records, as needed.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree preferred.
 Ideal candidate will have ability to implement methods of econometrics or willingness to develop.
 Strong attention to detail with quantitative skills.
 Excellent computer skills with knowledge at expert-level of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
 Ability to utilize a variety of technology software and web-based programs.

 Demonstration of strong written and oral communication skills.
 Basic knowledge, prior training, and/or interest in developing skills relating to data research and evaluation methods.
 Bilingual skills a plus.
