Exciting opportunity to develop guidelines to assist qualified families in obtaining affordable housing. Research current and proposed legislation, interpret regulations and grant requirements, write compelling summaries and be recognized as the "go to" person on the staff for designing new programs and solutions to address challenges. This high-visibility position will utilize your knowledge and experience in affordable housing to streamline processes behind the scenes while also having face time with residents to ensure continuity.
