Ability to supervisor/ manage a site according to OSHA CFR's. Great people skills, ability to seek out hazards and discuss mitigation protocols with the personnel on site. Ability to enforce reporting needs. Ability to conduct safety meetings. Positive work site presence is a must. Knowledge of JSA's, work permits, safety procedures, incident investigation. Create a culture of reporting: near misses, inspections, audits, observations. Offshore credentials like HUET and Safegulf, as well as plant certifications like BOP, OSHA 10 or 30, and of ocurse you will need your TWIC card.
