The IT Compliance and Audit Engineer (ITCAE) is responsible for provisioning and running Rapid Fire Network Detective software modules for Network, Security, HIPAA and PCI compliance analysis that create assessment reports for perspective new clients. An ideal ITCAE candidate will have exceptional attention to detail that comes with the experience and skills necessary to provision and execute Network Detective software to create effective assessment reports to completion for prospects conversion that generate new contracted customers. The candidate is also required to have experience collaborating with clientele for compliance purposes, and be able to discover and recommend new IT solutions that positively impact customer operations that demonstrate initiative and leadership in desiging protocols and policies as new solutions. This position will include travel to client sites mainly in the local Los Angeles metro area. The ITCAE will recommend and participate in ongoing evaluations and quality assurance efforts that track program performance to meet contractual outcomes.

Required Experience:

· 3+ years’ experience as an IT Compliance/Audit Analyst type role

· Experience supporting one or more types of compliance frameworks: ISO 27001,SOC 2, PCI, FINRA, GDPR

· Rapid Fire Network Detective software modules for Network, Security, HIPAA and PCI compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

· MBA preferred and/or Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

· Network Administration experience in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 email accounts and software for enterprise applications

· Highly responsive with a customer-first mindset

· Outstanding organizational and time management skills

· Strong communication, interpersonal and team building skills

· Self-starter with ability to stay ahead of the curve and thrive in a fast-paced work environment

· Current, valid California Driver’s with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities include:

· Assistance in partnering with new customers via assessment testing, and remediation activities related to security, privacy, and compliance programs

· Planning and executing IT Network, security, HIPAA and PCI compliance assessment reports

· Ability to creatively present reports to convert prospects into new clients

· Prioritize security features and manage implementation and mitigations

· Executie third-party audits and penetration tests

· Contribute and deliver of security training

· Establish, implement, and execute continuous security and compliance processes imporovement

Salary: $28.00 to $50.00 /hour
