Small SW Social Security Disability law firm seeks intake assistant (bilingual fluent in English & Spanish) with at least three years of experience screening prospective Social Security disability clients. Duties will include: screening prospective clients, greeting and assisting clients, answering telephones, scheduling appointments, opening files, providing back-up and overflow coverage for office processing, and other duties required by the firm. This is a full-time permanent position.
Candidate must be energetic, personable, highly motivated, reliable, organized, able to multitask, have excellent communication and typing skills and proficient with Word, Outlook, Abacus Law or other similar database application. Experience in Social Security disability is a must.
Salary depends on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, and 401K option.
Business hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
