Alaant is hiring an Office Assistant to assist the Human Resource Department for a scientific client in Germantown, NY. This role is a long-term temp assignment up to 6 months, attention to detail is important as you will be flexing between roles assisting with benefit reconciliation, inputting data in systems using ADP and Oracle while supporting the payroll team along with compiling data. This position is Monday-Friday and is 40 hours a week and $18 an hour.
Job duties include:
• Experience using ADP and Oracle systems
• Experience with benefits/payroll HRIS systems
• Attention to detail
• Resilient and adaptable
