Prior Human Resource Generalist AND union experience needed to join the management team of combined union and non-union employer with upward mobility opportunities.This individual will lead annual negotiations and represent co-interests of employees and employer while guiding future plans for growth. The employer's recent addition of multiple managers creates a unique situation where managers and supervisors could benefit from training and enhanced procedures to reduce employee turnover. Conduct meetings with employees and supervisors to determine best practices in settling disputes and keeping employee morale uplifted. Utilize knowledge of contract language to facilitate new legal documents while keeping grievances to a minimum.This busy position
