Atlantic Bingo Supply, Inc., a leader in the multi-billion dollar charitable gaming industry, is seeking a Marketing Assistant for our Corporate office in Odenton, MD. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Administrative & Marketing Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of activities relating to the support of the Marketing Department.
1. Developing promotional flyers.
2. Organize, maintain and distribute flyers.
3. Communicate new product to the sales force.
4. Communicating with vendors and management relative to sales and promotions.
5. Determine pre-order product needs.
6. Produce and distribute sales reports.
7. Maintain and update prospect lists, route books and sales goals.
8. Coordinate various company projects.
9. Product analysis.
10. Sales force support.
11. Other duties as assigned by management.
12. Social Media / Web skills
1. College Degree or related experience.
2. Previous office/ marketing experience.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
1. Advanced skill level in Microsoft applications including Excel and Word.
2. Knowledge of MAS 90 or MAS 200 (A Plus)
3. Solid oral and written communications skills.
4. Great organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
5. Ability to work independently.
6. Ability to solve problems and improve efficiencies.
