In this position, you will have primary responsibility for the management of student sponsor accounts. This requires a thorough knowledge of the Banner student system relating to the sponsor module of Banner. You will ensure that the appropriate students are assigned to the appropriate sponsors. Each Student Agreement Form and Sponsor Authorization form must be tracked and documented, ensuring that sponsors are invoiced only for the changes that they have agreed to pay for and to not bill sponsors for students whose sponsorship has expired. Payments are closely tracked and any past due payments are followed up on consistently. You will advise students, sponsors, and parents about tuition, fees and other related charges. You will manage the tuition prepaid plan, post fee waivers, approve tuition lockbox payments and processes student and parent Plus refunds.

Three years of technical accounting experience is required. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong computer skills. Daily interaction with students, parents, sponsors and campus department personnel requires this position to possess outstanding customer service and communication skills (oral and written).
