Customer Support Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn people’s trust. Ultimately, you will help establish our client’s reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

The shifts available for this position are:
• Wednesday – Saturday, 11:00AM – 10:00PM
• Wednesday – Saturday, 7:00AM – 6:00PM
• Sunday – Wednesday, 10:00AM – 7:00PM

Successful candidates will possess the following education, skills and experience:
• Associate degree or higher
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
