Alaant is hiring a skilled Compliance Auditor to join a well-respected regional insurance provider. Our client is committed to improving the health and wellness of the communities they serve! This position offers an exceptional benefits package with plenty of room for growth.
As a Compliance Auditor, you’ll have primary responsibility for planning, performing and reporting on audits that are focused on Medicare operations. Responsibilities include determining testing methodologies, making recommendations to improve policies/procedures, communicating the results of audits in reports that are clear and concise, and also identifying trends. This role requires a detailed individual with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000, based on experience.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education, and experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years’ auditing experience in managed care, compliance auditing or health insurance compliance auditing
• Ability to write and present in a clear and concise manner
• Microsoft Office proficiency
