The primary purpose of the call center representative is to promptly handle inbound calls to the member service call center. The call center representative is responsible for the delivery of excellent member service in accordance to the credit union’s member service standards. The call center representative will ensure that every caller is properly identified, and each inquiry is handled accurately with the aim of first call resolution. The call center representative is expected to cross sells Credit Union services and supports all functions within the Call Center.
