A local medical group is seeking a HR Manager who has worked in a contracted union workforce environment. You will work on-site processing payroll, defining benefits, implementing policies and changes, addressing employee concerns, and performing other HR responsibilities. This is a part-time position working about 20 hours each week.
Qualified candidates must have previously worked in a contracted union workforce environment, must have HR experience, must have current knowledge of employment law, must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills, and must be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
