Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring a Customer Support Associate for an essential organization the provides “Service that Never Sleeps.” Our client is one of the oldest entirely employee-owned organizations in the Capital Region. The ideal candidate will support residential and commercial customers with product and service related inquiries, organization of billing information and dispatching technician services.

This position is a Monday – Friday, 11:00PM-7:00AM overnight shift.

Successful candidates will possess the following educations, skills, and experience:
• Associate degree or higher
• 1-year experience dispatching
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience
