Alaant Workforce Solutions formerly Linium Recruiting is hiring a detail-oriented Document Coordinator to assist a Records Management team in Tarrytown, NY. Our client is a globally-known pharmaceutical organization with a great company culture! This is a 1-year long term temporary role with benefits and PTO offered through Alaant after a short time.
Job duties include:
• Verify PDF scan information for accuracy
• Organize scanned records and create a detailed index of contents
• Identify discrepancies and notify supervisor for prompt changes
Successful candidates will possess the following experience, skills, and education:
• High School Diploma required
• Minimum 1-year experience in records/information management
• Familiarity with document databases or document management tools are a plus
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
