A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Review and send orders to customers
• Record time card activities
• Create Bills of Lading and shipping documents
• Update status of outside purchase orders
• Organize and file job history and drawings

Qualifications:
• Must have previous Administrative experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Experience reading mechanical drawings is a plus
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be dependable
