A management company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Process security payroll
• Collect sales reports, enter into spreadsheet, and sent out email updates
• Manage and update contact spreadsheets
• Program building intercoms, fobs, garage access, and upkeep fitness center
• Keep kitchen and offices supplies stocked, handle mail, and set-up accounts
• Assist general manager in administrative and operations tasks
• Make calls for any maintenance needed on equipment
• Organize file system for all hard copies of important documents
• Collect all credit card receipts and code monthly statements
• Maintain system to give work orders to maintenance department
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Must have previous Administrative experience
• Must be computer literate with accurate data entry skills
• Must have the ability to multi-task and have an eye for detail
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
