A manufacturing company is seeking a Business Administration and Communications Manager whose responsibility will be to ensure the company’s administrative and communications processes advance smoothly. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily and routine processes, track metrics, and make improvements
• Set-up and schedule meetings, inbound and outbound travel requests, and conferences
• Create comprehensive and sophisticated controlling mechanisms for sales and revenue, create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Handle special tasks and process and maintain meeting minutes
• Foresee obstacles and find areas where improvements can be made
• Report on project outcomes, obstacles, and potential improvements
• Keep track of company patents and trademarks and ensure related documentation is up-to-date
• Work to set an operationally-minded communications strategy by building better cross-functional collaboration
• Attend meetings and ensure outcomes are circulated and understood
• Perform other duties as requested

Qualifications:
• Must have a Business Administration and Communications Degree
• Must have 5 to 10 years Administration and Communications experience
• Must have prior Project Management experience
• Must have overall knowledge of administrative management
• Must be proficient using MS Office
• Must have the ability to prepare schedules, itineraries, and make travel arrangements
• Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, planning, presentation, communication, and customer service skills
• Must have social media and content creation experience
• Must be self-motivated with the initiative to find areas for improvement
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
