Alaant seeking to hire a talented Microsoft Office Training Specialist to join a well-respected Capital Region training and consulting firm. This individual can have a diverse background of experience that could include training, customer service, administrative support or anything related to using MS Office with a focus on Excel and Access with an ability to train, teach and/or mentor others.
As the Microsoft Office Training Specialist, you’ll instruct business professionals on a wide range of Microsoft applications (i.e. building a database in Access or developing pivot tables in Excel). We are looking for a self-starter who is excited to keep up on the latest application upgrades and share that knowledge with others. Our client offers a great benefits package along with a very generous paid time off policy and summer hours!
The salary range for the position is $44,000 - $50,000.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education, and experience:
• Great communication skills with a strong ability to present to groups
• Any office or professional experience in other fields will be considered
• 1-3 years of prior teaching experience ideal/helpful
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications (Assess, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred
