A supply company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones, direct calls, and schedule appointments
• Verify insurance coverage
• File and maintain records
• Supervise reception area and provide training to new employees
• Transcribe data to worksheet and enter information into computer
• Prepare documents and adjust accounts
• Order office supplies and maintain database
• Perform basic bookkeeping functions and prepare staff agendas

Qualifications:
• Must have prior Administrative and basic Accounting experience
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be familiar with MS Office and have accurate data entry skills
• Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail
• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
