A local company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to answer phones, take messages, greet clients, open mail, file, type documents, keep the office tidy, collate marketing material, and stuff envelopes. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and every other weekend is mandatory.

Qualified candidates must have administrative experience, must be professional and empathetic, must have strong computer skills, and must have excellent communication skills, must have an articulate phone presence, and must have great people skills. PowerPoint and QuickBooks are a plus. Knowledge of Apple Music and TV for creating videos and customized playlist is also helpful.
