Alaant Workforce Solutions is hiring an energetic and upbeat Customer Support Specialist for our client in the energy industry. Day to day tasks may include working closely with current customers to address questions or concerns related to the company products and services along with minor billing and invoicing. The position is primarily phone-based but will have some personal interaction with customers who come on-site to pay invoices.

The shift available for this position is:
Sunday – Wednesday, 11:00 AM – 10 PM.

Additional responsibilities include:
• Documenting customer information into company database
• Organizing billing information
• Scheduling appointments for on-site technicians
• Dispatching technicians to work sites

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
• Associate degree in related field
• 2 years’ experience working in the customer service industry
• Familiarity in MS Office Suite
