hiring a Part-Time and entry-level Technical Customer Support Associate to assist with incoming system user inquiries. This role will involve problem-solving, tracking requests, and maintaining equipment schedules. Candidates should understand setting up equipment and the basics of hardware/software problems. Strong candidates will bring interpersonal skills to assist customers and to serve as a liaison between staff and vendors.

This is a 90-day temporary role with a Monday – Thursday; 8:00am– 4:30pm shift; and pays $16.50/hour.

Qualifications Include:
• Associate’s Degree
• 1-2 years’ relevant work experience
• Understanding and technical aptitude
• Customer Service skills
