Alaant is hiring an energetic Employee Benefit Client Service Associate to join a well-respected Capital Region insurance provider. This is a client-facing role that will have you fielding Employee Benefits questions as well as working directly with insurance carriers to resolve issues. Excellent account management skills are a must, as you’ll be working to build relationships with an assigned group of clients.

Additional responsibilities will include initiating the insurance renewal process for existing clients, working closely with carriers/clients to finalize and implement renewal decisions as well as working with management to prospect new clients. Salary range for the position is $45,000 - $55,000

Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education, and experience:
• 2-3 years of client service, account management experience
• Current NYS Life, Accident & Health license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field is preferred
