A law firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant who can perform a variety of duties. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:
• Open the switchboard at 8:30 every morning, cover for breaks and lunch, and backup receptionist when needed
• Inventory and order office and kitchen supplies, and call for repair on office equipment
• Perform basic administrative tasks
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel
• Assist with projects, filing, and coding

Qualifications:
• Must have prior administrative experience
• Must be proficient with Word and Excel
• Must be detail-oriented, as well as, highly organized
• Must have accurate data entry and typing skills
• Must have excellent communication and articulate phone skills
• Must be able to prioritize work load and meet all deadlines
