This position seeks to find a professional, passionate, energetic, friendly candidate to efficiently and effectively handle day-to-day operations of greeting and handling customer inquiries, in person, by email and on the phone.
Candidate will manage back office related activities, build and maintain customers’ relationships by way of prompt service and troubleshooting assistance, input customer data, other sales data for current and new customers, compile and accurately source leads for management follow-up, make outbound lead follow-up calls as directed by manager and contacting customers regarding shipping schedules.

Academic education in Business, Marketing and Sales helpful
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or marketing position
Previous work experience in shipping or logistics is a plus
Proficient in MS Office, Excel
Excellent command of English language desired (Speaking, reading and writing)
Knowledge of world geography is a plus

$13-$15 per hour plus Commission and Bonuses
