We are urgently seeking Home Health Aides/ (CNA’s) to deliver skilled and compassionate care to our patients.

The Home Health Aides ensures quality and safe delivery of home health care services.
They assist in the provision of home health care agency philosophy and standards of home health
and nursing care of assigned clients. And ensure quality and safe delivery of home health aide services.
As a Home Health Aide (CNA), you will perform home care visits and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist.
This involves performing various personal care services as necessary to meet the patient’s needs.
You will be responsible for observing, reporting, and documenting observations and patient care performed during the home care visit.
•Providing personal care, including baths, personal hygiene, changing bed linen, dressing/undressing, toileting activities, and light housekeeping
•Taking and recording oral, rectal, and axillary temperatures, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure when ordered
•Meeting safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly (foot stools, side rails, etc.)
•Reporting patient’s condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse
•Adhering to the Organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
•Following all privacy policies of Divine Providence, Infection Control protocols, and maintaining the confidentiality of protected healthcare information (PHI).

Job Position Qualifications & Requirements:
Tact, patience, and empathy for the needs of the ill, injured, frail, and the impaired are essential for this key position in our home care team.

•18 years of age or older
• CNA certification
•Meets the training requirements in accordance with State and Federal laws
•1 year of hands-on work experience, preferred (can include experience in a home care, hospital, or assisted living setting)
•Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given efficiently.
*Must be bilingual, Fluent in Spanish.
•Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
•Current CPR certification
•Licensed driver with reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with Organization requirements.
*Must have the ability to use computers and related technology efficiently.
Job Type: PART TIME
Pay Rate: $25.00 per visit
