An established, fast-growing company seeks an experienced (3+ years) candidate with strong ADP Payroll and Time & Attendance experience. Other HR experience required.

Responsibilities are centered around:
• Evaluating the accuracy of timesheets, running batch pre-process and reviewing for accuracy, the employee set up in ADP for new hires, enter/import weekly payroll, tax, and 401(k) journal entries
• Payroll information/verification, unemployment documents, workers compensation claims, etc.
• Preparation of organization charts, FMLA projects, responsibilities around 401(k) plans
• Organization/facilitation/feedback on new hire breakfasts
• Duties around employee benefits and other exciting projects

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years specific payroll and human resources experience, combined.
• MUST have experience with ADP Payroll.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.
