A consulting firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant to keep the company organized. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:
• Answer emails and send correspondence to potential and established clients
• Process orders on company’s computer program
• Assist with presentations using sourcing platforms
• Write emails that will be sent out in mail chips
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Qualifications:
• Must have prior administrative experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must be well organized and detail-oriented
• Must have accurate data entry and typing skills
• Must have excellent communication skills
