This manufacturing company is seeking an Engineering Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Support their Document Control Group
• Handle technical documentation released by their Engineering Department
• Scan and archive drawings and engineering files
• Email documents to customers
• Assist in generating Owner Manuals for equipment shipped to customers

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior administrative assistant experience
• Must have experience in Word and Excel. Adobe Editor experience is a plus
• Must have strong multi-tasking and bookkeeping skills
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
