A growing family-owned business is offering immediate, full-time positions for Maintenance Technicians who will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. This is a full-time position and you need to have a flexible schedule, able to work overtime and weekends, and also some third shift.

Job Duties:
• Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility equipment
• Provide emergency or unscheduled repairs of production equipment
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production equipment
• Read equipment manuals and work orders
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
• Perform regular preventative maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
• Perform a variety of plumbing and carpentry maintenance
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report to supervisor
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work area

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience
• Must have two years manufacturing experience
• Must have strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills with some PLC experience and HVAC knowledge
• Must be able to read and interpret manuals and work orders
• Must have ethical conduct, technical capacity, and initiative
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to frequently lift items over 75 pounds
• Must be shift flexible, work overtime, weekends, and third shift when needed
