Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking to hire a passionate, team-driven candidate for our client, a leader in office automation. To ensure optimum customer service, our client is hiring a Service Technician to work one-on-one with customers while ensuring the mechanical/electrical problems are settled. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for working closely with customers to ensure all mechanical/electrical incidents are resolved and responded to in a timely manner. This is a fast-paced environment, where the ability to build client relationships is a must.
Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education, and experience:
• 1+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical/electrical equipment
• A valid driver’s license
• Highly skilled in Windows and basic knowledge of PC interaction with automated equipment
• Experience in maintaining, repairing and installing mailing equipment preferred
• AA degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Computer Science or related field of study preferred
