This manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Take and enter orders
• Records new product information into computer inventory
• Call Freight Company, set-up logistics, and handle Bills of Lading
• Create Invoices in QuickBooks and mail out
• Handle questions regarding orders, shipments, and invoices
• Perform credit checks, establish credit terms, reconcile accounts, and make collection calls
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Previous Customer Service experience
• Excellent attention to detail with solid communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks
• Any candidate that has an accounting background is a huge plus
