Assist users in identifying service requirements and developing appropriate specifications that are consistent with user needs. Advise on automating functions integrating requirements with existing capabilities, communication requirements, control and administration of systems, types of information management systems, operating systems, equipment, and infrastructure compatibility. Produce requirement documents, recommendations on approved equipment and software.
Primary Web Support Services responsibilities include:
o Maintain web sites, portals, web pages, and customized applications.
o Provide formal Web application change management process to maintain web sites, portals, web pages, and customized applications.
o Design, develop, and maintain static and dynamic web sites or portals using the following programming languages: Microsoft Windows workstation OS’s, Windows Server operating systems.
o Proficiency with web editing software (i.e., Dreamweaver, Visual Studio, .Net, Illustrator, Photoshop, Fireworks).
o Knowledge and experience communicating web development concepts to technical and non-technical personal.
o Ability to develop technical documents and produce system design documentation.
o Ability to restructure/re-develop web sites and upgrade framework and coding required on a case-by-case basis
o Capable of effectively developing database driven Dynamic Web Applications using Microsoft SQL Server 2012 as database, including TSQL database programming, stored procedures and triggers
o Update and maintain associated Standard Operating Procedure documentation
o Evaluate and recommend to customer regarding Web Applications and public facing web sites, security, single sign on CAC enabled security and other protections or any other concerns DoD customers may have in order to help and maintain the stability of the web application/web site.
o Have significant experience in Graphical and User interface design, implementation, testing, training and documentation, Launch and Post Production operation and maintenance.
o Ability to find , analyze and fix code vulnerabilities like SQL Injection, Cross site scripting (XSS), Cross -site Request Forgery (XSRF)
o Report Cyber Security incidents
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
o Secret Clearance required
o Knowledge of Army IT regulations, and security procedures, OPSEC, DoD and Section 508 requirements.
o Associate's Degree desired, with 5 plus years’ experience.
o CompTIA Security+ required.
o Time management skills.
o Proven customer service skills.
o Ability to apply systematic/systems analysis processes and procedures to troubleshooting diagnostics.
o Advanced diagnostic skills and tools knowledge.
o Experience with BMC Remedy 7.6 or similar help desk tracking tools.
o Experience with Microsoft Office products including Access, Excel, and Word.
o Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision.
