Alaant Workforce Solutions has been tasked to hire a Customer Order-Tracking Representative for an ethical biotechnology facility that provides high quality laboratory animal models. Order Tracking involve utilization of Oracle and Salesforce systems to manage client orders and correspondence. The Client Order Tracking Rep handles inbound phone inquiries, investigates shipping issues, sets up new customer accounts, and works closely with the Operations & Logistics teams.

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in related field
• 2-4 years’ Customer Service Experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and/or Oracle
