A supply company is seeking a General Office Clerk for a part-time opportunity. You will work three half days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Match and attach paperwork to proper internal documents
• Print out various reports
• Stay up-to-date on filing and completion of paperwork
• Scan documents and email to specific supplier
• Update Navision Program
• Organize buyers’ account lists
• Must have general office experience
• Must have highly organized
• Must be computer literate
• Must be reliable
