IMMEDIATE HIRE!

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the HR Manager provides administrative and reception support. Also responsible for department reports, telephone inquiries, employees processes as well as some operations data entry and various department operational work.

Minimum Qualifications:
-One year experience in a Administrative office or professional office setting;
-One year of customer service or receptionist experience preferred but not required.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
-Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-HR working knowledge is a plus but not required.

Desired Qualifications:
•Proficient in spreadsheet, database software and word processing programs
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
