A marketing firm has a full-time opportunity available for Sales – Marketing – Customer Service Associate. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Perform order processing, customer service, and vendor relations
• Conduct client and product research
• Identify and order product samples for prospects/clients
• Provide process improvement of the entire sales process, systems and procedures.
• Build and secure relationships with vendors, suppliers, assigned accounts, and business partners
• Provide current and prospective clients with proposals, quotes, and presentations for specific opportunities
• Work with clients to merchandise company store programs and e-commerce platforms
• Perform additional duties as needed

• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience within the corporate branding, promotional products, sales, or marketing industry
• Must have strong communication, organizational, and high emotional intelligence
• Effective time management with ability to juggle multiple duties is required
• Must be persistence in prospecting
• Must be proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Must have an eagerness to learn, have strong work ethic, the ability to handle changing demands, and adaptable personality
