A printing company is seeking a Print Media Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity. This is a full-time, first-shift position.

• Answer customer calls and questions
• Learn product knowledge
• Take and enter orders
• Enter customer/product/vendor data
• Communicate with vendors
• Utilize Word and Excel Spreadsheets
• Perform general office duties

• Must have previous customer service experience
• Must be proficient with Word & Excel and have accurate data entry skills
• Must be able to retain knowledge
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Printing Industry experience is a plus
