Alaant is seeking a confident self-starter to fill a full-time Human Resources Generalist position with a growing non-profit. This HR position offers a competitive salary of $55,000-$60,000 based on experience. In addition, our client provides outstanding benefits including a monthly stipend of $521/month which can be used to offset medical, dental, and 401K options. Eligibility begins the first month after 30 days from the date of hire! Additional benefits include a generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday schedule along with a business casual environment. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be the first dedicated, on-site HR resource. You’ll handle recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. Ensuring that top talent is hired in a timely and effective manner is one of your primary goals. You manage full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. As a team player, you’ll collaborate with other staff and management on projects including creating, managing and updating Human Resources’ policies and protocol as well as job descriptions with the ultimate goal of meeting business needs and supporting the company mission.

Successful candidates will possess the following skills, education, and experience:

● Bachelor’s degree in an HR-related field
● At least 3 years of HR experience
● Experience working with telecommuters
● Ability to coach, counsel, and present one-on-one and in groups
● Previous experience developing job descriptions and policies
