A manufacturing company is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a full-time opportunity. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and greet guests
• Distribute mail
• Enter accounts payable and receivable data
• Type sales quotes
• File documents
• Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Must have prior general office and basic accounting experience
• Must be comfortable performing a variety of duties in a small office
• Must have strong customer service skills
• Must be familiar with MS Office and have accurate data entry skills
• Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail
