Truly a multi-faceted position, this full-time role includes meeting planning/event coordination, negotiation, space planning and lots of public contact -- all while providing administrative support to a small, highly professional team of managers.. Your outgoing, welcoming personality will be the key to successfully planning, coordinating, and attending evening and/or weekend events with some travel required. Ongoing admin responsibilities include calendar management, document production, file management, phones, etc. in a busy, friendly atmosphere offering free parking along with excellent benefits.
