Top-notch business service company is seeking a Customer Service Rep for a full-time, long-term opportunity. You will make outbound calls to coordinate and schedule times for document retrieval, occasionally type a document, and possibly schedule pick-up times. In addition, you will perform google searches in order to find different research sites. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have customer service experience, must love to work on the telephone, must have the ability to multi-task, must be computer literate with the ability to perform google searches, must have strong verbal and written communication skills, and must have excellent follow-up and follow-through skills.
