This distribution company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the warehouse for a long-term, full-time opportunity. You will take incoming calls from established clients who are placing orders, returning products, or inquiring about delivery status. In addition, you will enter and process orders, check on inventory levels, and are in constant communication with drivers and warehouse workers regarding orders, delivery, and items in stock. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Qualified candidates must have customer service experience, must be detail-oriented, must have strong communication skills, must be computer savvy with accurate data entry skills, and must be willing to stay late occasional to make sure deliveries are made accordingly and clients are satisfied. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
