If you are experienced and skilled in handling a variety of maintenance issues (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) that arise in apartments and want to interact with a group of friendly people who are not overly demanding, this one is for you. VARIED JOB incorporates multiple skills needed to make repairs in the units while also managing overall property/physical asset. Simple, easy-to-learn work ticket system available to you on the computer in your workshop. Please be willing to begin work on an hourly/contract basis prior to being hired directly with excellent benefits. FREE PARKING at this property but you can also get there by Metro or bus without a car. Must have good references and a clean background check. Immediate hire following background check.
